On Friday, December 13, the Oklahoma Arts Institute will be offering FREE workshops in Moore for acting, chorus, creative writing, drawing & painting, film & video, and photography students during OAI Quartz Preview Day! Please see details below.
OAI Quartz Preview Days are free and open to students in grades 8-12 and are designed to bring the Quartz Mountain magic to your community! Each Preview Day will include a hands-on workshop led by an Oklahoma artist on a topic relevant to their artistic discipline (e.g. still life drawing, how to choose an acting monologue). There will also be a discussion and Q&A regarding audition requirements for the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute.

All water issues have been resolved and school will return to normal tomorrow, Oct 29th.
Due to a lack of water at the school, Little Axe Public Schools will transition to remote learning today, Monday, October 28th. An update will be sent later today.
The Wengage/Sylogist website and app for students, parent, and employees will be unavailable due to moving to a new provider and updates from Today (Friday, Oct. 25) at 3PM to Monday (Oct. 28) at 6AM.

Due to some unforeseen issues, we will be switching tomorrow's breakfast. Instead of Breakfast Burrito we will be serving Pancakes on a stick, we will be serving Breakfast Burrito next week on Tuesday.

For juniors!!
YLOK is a leadership program for youth of Oklahoma that cultivates in
students a sense of hope, pride & responsibility for Oklahoma’s future.
Each year YLOK selects 52 students from all regions of Oklahoma to travel
throughout the state for hands-on experience, tours, presentations & more!
Only Juniors may apply, and the summer before Senior year is when the
program begins: June 1-6, 2025

Login to your parent portal to check your students progress grades. Parent Teacher conferences are 9/12 and 9/19, 3:15-6:15PM. If you have questions about your students grades, conferences are a great time to talk to their teachers. Hope to see you there!

✅ Schedule change requests will start Aug 12.
⚠️ Important: Students who aren't enrolled by the first day will be sent home. We need time to confirm enrollments and create schedules.
***If you have enrolled your student but do not see a schedule in Sylogist/Wengage, log back in and make sure it is "Posted". We have some that were sent back to the parent needing something completed. If the enrollment shows posted, you should see a schedule soon.
